BEHIND THE LENS
Ebet Roberts is a renowned photographer whose work captures the essence of music’s most iconic moments and artists. After graduating from the Memphis College of Art, Roberts moved to New York City to pursue a fine art career, soon trading painting for photography. She began documenting the vibrant punk scene of the late ’70s, including legendary artists like Iggy Pop, the Ramones, and the Sex Pistols.
Roberts’ unique ability to capture intimate, revealing moments has earned her widespread respect and a vast archive of work that extends beyond the stage to backstage, portrait studios, and everyday life. Her photographs have graced album and book covers, appeared in films and television, and are featured in the permanent collections of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Grammy Museum, and exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide.

Neal Preston is a legendary photographer whose career began in high school and continues to shape pop-culture history. Known for his work with rock icons like Led Zeppelin, Queen, David Bowie, and Bruce Springsteen, Preston was the only photographer to tour with Led Zeppelin across the US. Often regarded as the top "live concert" photographer, his iconic images have graced album covers for artists like Madonna, Fleetwood Mac, and Kiss, cementing his legacy in music photography.
